Abstract

For the proper function of mastication, it is important to provide the occlusal form of dental restoration harmonized with various mandibular movements controlled by T. IM. J., muscles, and ligaments.
Therefore, it becomes necessary to utilize mechanical articulater to analyze occlusion and mandibular movements.
Articulaters vaires in their design and function, but it is necessary to use more elaborate articlauter capable of duplicating mandibular mnvement than simple hinge type.
For the reproducing of mandibular movement, we must use the pantograph of fully adjustable articulater.
First of all, we represent the considertion on the setting and tracing of Stuart pantograph.
